The facility is extremely neat and clean. There was a gentleman who greeted me at the door. Although, I wasn't there to get a hair cut, they allowed me to use the restroom and explain what type of establishment it was. I'm definitely going to market this very cozy barbershop. Every neighborhood needs Scissors and Scotch.
First time in and had a stellar experience. Hadn’t gotten my hair cut in a while and this redeems and hesitance I’ve had with haircut and hair styling. Crystal is a rockstar and helped me articulate what it was I had been looking to do. More importantly she left me with a hairstyle that I’m really happy with. Her, Aaron and the rest of the team have such positive and professional attitudes. I’ll be returning for sure! Cheers
This was a fabulous and unexpected experience for a unplanned haircut. I had to sub in on a business trip for a colleague and needed a beard trim and haircut before attending a meeting tomorrow. Beatrice did an amazing job! The waiting room is very nice and you get a free cocktail with each appointment! I highly recommend this for a haircut if you're in the area of the US capitol.
A warm whisky welcome. The staff are kind and efficient, I was able to check into the waiting area as soon as I arrived. The wait was comfortable with the option to have a drink before your appointment. My appointment was with Deyon and he was fantastic. It was like a mini spa treatment. After I was looking and feeling good, I had a seat at the bar for my complimentary drink. I recommend the old fashioned. 10/10 will.be back.
I had a great experience during my first visit. I felt comfortable right away, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and great customer service. I was offered coffee and had the layout explained to me. The vibe is very chill, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained.
What a great find around Navy Yard/Waterfront! I am constantly looking for the right barber and I have found him in Michael. So, thank you and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Maybe next time I will grab a drink at the bar.
I’m not someone who ever sought a VIP haircut experience because, well, that’s just not me. But man, paying whatever the monthly rate is, and what’s included??? They made a customer for life. If you’re a little self conscious of trying this out for the first time, don’t be. They are very welcoming, and love welcoming others into their family. The “price I paid” is a little off putting. You pay for your monthly fee, and a bunch of stuff is included. I tipped the barber, all in all, spent 70 ish today. But in two weeks, I get a free cleanup (plus tipping again) and it resets at the end of the month. 10/10 would recommend. Barber to recommend? Dan is the man.
